Bathroom Pack

Get what’s under the tiles right.

A bathroom brings plumbing, electrical, waterproofing, tiling and carpentry into one small room, in a strict order. The most important work — pipes, falls and the waterproofing membrane — is covered within days.

The Bathroom Pack helps you write a clear brief, compare quotes on the same basis, decide fixtures before the pipes go in, agree hold points and photograph the waterproofing before it’s covered, and finish with the right certificates.

It doesn’t manage your project or replace professional advice. Instead, it helps you become more organised, more prepared and clearer about what to ask, compare and clarify at each step.

What's included — seven practical tools plus a Start Here guide, designed to work together

• 00 · Start Here: Bathroom Pathway — Understand the Bathroom Pack, where to begin, and how the tools work together.
• 01 · Bathroom Brief and Layout Worksheet — Describe what you want, so every quote covers the same thing — and plan for the time without the bathroom.
• 02 · Bathroom Quote Comparison Workbook — Compare bathroom quotes on the same basis, and turn gaps into questions.
• 03 · Fixtures, Fittings and Services Schedule — List every fixture and fitting, and the plumbing, power and ventilation it needs.
• 04 · Waterproofing and Hold-Point Record — Agree the points where work stops for a check, and keep evidence of the work that gets covered.
• 05 · Selections, Allowances and Variations Log — Track selections, allowances, changes and delays, with cost, time and written approval.
• 06 · Stage Check and Defects Record — Check the visible work at each stage, and track defects and incomplete items to close.
• 07 · Handover, Care and Warranties Checklist — Collect certificates and warranties, and set up a simple care schedule.

More than a document to download — a practical workspace to help you move forward.
